THE LEADERS creates fan merchandise for the ATINY that allows them to not only express their love for ATEEZ, but to express themselves as well—it seems only fitting for a group of people dedicated to supporting artists that aren’t afraid to be different.In borrowing design elements and trends from the countercultures of streetwear, we honor not only this counterculture, but also ATEEZ’s concepts of youth, rebellion, and art and rebellion (among others).We are THE LEADERS. CANCELLATIONS
• Cancellations are STRICTLY NOT ALLOWED. You have to be 810% sure about your order before you hit the submit button.• However, we may consider accepting your request for a cancellation if your reason falls under these categories: hospitalization, death, natural calamity
RETURNS & REFUNDS
• In the event that you receive the wrong or defective item, please send us a DM and let us know immediately. You may opt for a full refund or a replacement of your item.• In the case of defective items, you need to present an uncut, unedited unboxing video showing the item to ensure the validity of your complaint. NO VIDEO, NO REFUND/REPLACEMENT.• Replacements due to wrong sizing will only be accommodated if there are stocks for your correct size, and shipping costs for this replacement will be shouldered by the buyer. PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT THE SIZE YOU SELECT IS THE CORRECT SIZE. The size chart may be viewed here.
SHIPPING
THE LEADERS will not be liable for the following:• Damaged items in transit (i.e. with evidence of tampered packages, such as ripped/taped courier pouches);
• Lost parcels;
• Shipping delays due to issues on the courier’s side (i.e. strikes, holiday rush, etc)Rest assured, we will do everything in our power to make sure your packages get to you safely. If there are any delays in shipping on our side, we will make sure to let you know immediately.
PAYMENT
• PLEASE PAY ON TIME. The payment scheme is as follows:PRE-ORDERS: 50% Downpayment within 3 days of placing your order, the next 50% anytime until preorders close.ON-HANDS: Five (5) days after you placed your order.• Please make sure to settle your payments on or before these dates. Late payments will incur a charge of Php 50 per day, and we will only wait up to 14 days for your payment.
• If the stipulated 14 days has passed and your payment still has not been settled, you will be posted as a bogus buyer on THE LEADERS Twitter account. You will also be blocked and blacklisted from the shop.
OTHER CONCERNS
• Please make sure that the details inputted on your order form are correct and complete. Changes to these details may only be made until we receive our stocks from our suppliers.• For any changes, please send an email to [email protected] with the subject line INFO CHANGE - LAST NAME.• The items listed are all on a PRE-ORDER BASIS unless otherwise stated. This means that you may have to wait a while before you receive your items, so please wait patiently! Your items will get to you in due time, we swear!• Updates will be posted weekly on @THELEADERSPH on Twitter. Your may also track your order status in the official masterlist.• These are all original designs. Please do not steal them. How do I order? Do you accept international orders?

ETAs will be listed in the product description.• FOR BUYERS BASED IN THE PHILIPPINES: Please fill out the stipulated order form and make sure that the information you provide is correct and complete. Payment details and your order total will also be in this form, so please take note of these before you submit!• Once you submit your order form, a copy of your responses, along with your official receipt, will be sent to your email. Your order is automatically confirmed. Please settle your payments immediately.• Please send your proof of payment as a reply to your confirmation email.• FOR OVERSEAS BUYERS: We accept individual orders, however, to make the process a little smoother and help you save on the fees, group orders will also be open. What are your couriers?
• FOR PH-BASED BUYERS: GoGoExpress, JRS, J&T.• FOR INTL BUYERS: UPS & J&T for serviceable areas. Please let us know if you have a PH address!
What are your payment options?
• FOR PH-BASED BUYERS: BPI, GCash Paypal• FOR INTL BUYERS: PayPal, though GOMs with PH Bank Accounts will also be accepted.
How long will it take before I receive my order?
• Shirts & sweatshirts have an estimated lead time of 2-3 weeks. Packing and shipping out should take about a week, depending on the volume of orders. PH-based buyers may receive their orders earlier than INTL-based buyers.
